Marks & Spencer plc is seeking a Store Manager in Stoke-on-Trent. You will own the full operation, lead with confidence, and build high-performing teams in a fast-changing retail environment.

You’ll deliver the retail plan, set strategy, and drive transformation while ensuring exceptional customer service and colleague pride. You will coach managers, lead performance, and use data to make fast, confident decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven leader of large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Confident communicator with the courage to make tough calls.
• Strong planning, performance management and resilience.
• Skilled in using data, systems and digital tools to drive decisions and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance.
• Set strategy and direction for the store and hold colleagues to account.
• Own the change agenda with transformation initiatives with clarity and pace.
• Build a high-performance culture by coaching managers and growing talent.
• Use data and insight to unlock opportunity, drive profit, and boost efficiency.
• Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability across platforms and channels.
• Be the voice of your store and ensure follow-through on improvements.
• Create an exceptional customer journey with consistent standards and visual merchandising.
