Job summary

Joe & The Juice in Bath is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to drive guest experiences. Based at 12 Stall Street, you’ll lead a fast-paced team, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to strong store performance.

You’ll develop staff, supervise shift patterns, and ensure the team delivers best-in-class guest service while meeting commercial targets and maintaining the brand’s energetic culture.
