Job summary

Carbase UK is seeking an experienced Store Leader to head up our Weston-super-Mare high-performing showroom team. Lead a team of Business Managers and Sales Consultants, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding customer journeys.

This role requires strong automotive dealership leadership, a track record of sales performance, compliance with FCA and GDPR, and the ability to coach and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within automotive sales.
• Experience managing dealership sales teams and driving performance.
• Knowledge of finance and insurance products and processes.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and profitability focus.
• Understanding FCA and GDPR compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Salary: OTE £70,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

As Store Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind the showroom’s success — motivating your team, delivering exceptional customer journeys, and ensuring the site performs at its absolute best.

You’ll:
