  1. Drive sales & maximise profit - responsible for increasing your store's contribution by implementing high standards in layout, analysing reports, conducting floor walks, delegating effectively, monitoring competitor activity, and communicating trade feedback across all levels.
  2. Connect with our customers - ensure every customer receives a world-class shopping experience. Lead by example, motivate your team to provide genuine service, and encourage upselling opportunities.
  3. Recruit & retain the best talent - passionate about team development, responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and managing performance to create future managers.
  4. Control costs & manage loss prevention - drive team productivity through effective payroll management, deter theft through excellent service, and ensure operational soundness with stock controls.
  5. Have a proven track record in managing store KPIs including sales, payroll, costs, stock loss, and service.
  6. Be a great communicator across all levels.
  7. Have great leadership skills.
  8. Be passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience.
  9. Have previous experience at Store Manager level or be an experienced Deputy Manager seeking the next step.
