Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing role (retail/hospitality).
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve KPIs.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.

• Coach the team to upsell and boost basket size.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain high CSAT scores.
