Mitie Group plc. in the Cheshire area is recruiting for Plain Clothed Security Personnel (Store Detective) – Full Time 45hrs. You will observe and apprehend dishonest behaviour within legal and safety limits and liaise with local authorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Observe and apprehend persons behaving dishonestly within the agreed legal and safety limits.
• Liaise with local authorities and crime prevention partners to stay updated on crime trends.
• Be part of a team where safety is the priority and collaboration drives success.
• Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal.
• Adaptable communication style to meet the needs of different people groups.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving services business and use technology with good attention to detail.

Locations: Sainsburys across the Cheshire area

A valid UK driving licence is required for this role, mileage reimbursement scheme for travel to different sites. 45p per mile up to 5000 miles and 25p there after.
