Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a Store Colleague in Stevenage to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers with energy and confidence, help them locate products, and maintain attractive displays while ensuring stock is replenished and presentations stay on-brand.

As part of a fast-paced retail team, you’ll work collaboratively, handle till duties, and follow store guidelines. Flexibility for weekends and busy periods is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished - making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required
