Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers, maintain displays, replenish stock and support daily store tasks to ensure high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished - making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required
