Responsibilities:
  • Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
  • Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Utilise in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
  • Offer alternatives and add-on sales at every opportunity.
  • Replenish stock levels when needed, ensuring the full-size range is available on the shop floor.
  • Ensure products are correctly priced.
  • Deputise for other staff, work within departments, or perform other duties as required.
  • Represent JD Sports professionally at all times.
  • Conduct work in a safe and responsible manner.
Role objectives and KPI’s:
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock to maintain product availability.
