Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role offers opportunities for career development in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, ensure excellent service, and understand our customer service standards.
  2. Sales Achievement: Drive and exceed sales targets using in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
  3. Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards on the shop floor, keeping it clean, stocked, and displays organized per brand guidelines.
  4. Store Operations: Assist in various departments, represent the company professionally, and follow safety protocols.
  5. Transaction Processing: Handle sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
  6. Upselling & Cross-selling: Promote products to maximize sales opportunities.
  7. Stock Management: Keep stock levels optimal and shelves appealing.
  8. Customer Queries: Address and resolve customer issues professionally.
  9. Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to achieve store targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  1. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  2. Achieve KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, UPT.
  3. Meet upselling and cross-selling targets.
  4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  5. Ensure stock is replenished and organized on the shop floor.
Skills & Experience
  • Positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
  • Enthusiastic about challenges and eager to develop skills and career.
  • Confident in interpersonal and communication skills, engaging effectively with customers.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
