Role overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. JD Group offers significant opportunities for career development for motivated individuals interested in advancing their careers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they have a positive experience, and understanding our customer service measurement program.
- Drive and surpass sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, promoting our full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
- Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays adhere to brand guidelines.
- Support store operations by assisting in other departments as needed, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
- Keep stock levels optimal on the shop floor and ensure shelves are organized and appealing.
- Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.
Role objectives and KPIs:
- Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales target.
- Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion rate, ATV, UPT.
- Meet upselling and cross-selling targets.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
- Ensure all stock on the shop floor is replenished.
