Tesco Colleague role in the United Kingdom offers a starting hourly rate of £13.28, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options to work a minimum of 12 hours if preferred, and you’ll receive 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. Customers are at the heart of what we do.
