Job summary

Tesco Colleague role in the United Kingdom offers in-store shifts with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Pay starts at £13.28/hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with an extra £2.35 night premium midnight–6am. Roles may begin with 12+ hours and include benefits, discounts, and growth opportunities.

You’ll deliver friendly service, stock support, and flexible help across the store. Applicants must be over 18.

Qualifications

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
