Store Colleague

Are you passionate about pets and delivering brilliant customer service? Join us as a Store Colleague and be right at the heart of our pet care centres, creating exceptional experiences that keep our customers coming back.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with us. Please note, this is a permanent role with contractual hours, not a term-time or seasonal position.

We're seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team in a customer focused, target driven retail environment. You'll need availability across 3-4 days per week including weekends. Shifts run from early starts at 7:00am to late finishes at 9:00pm. Morning shifts will play a key role in setting the store up for success, including supporting deliveries and stock processing.

The Role:

As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.
