Pets at Home is seeking a Store Colleague in Nottingham to deliver exceptional customer service and engage with pet lovers in our centres. You will contribute to a welcoming, informative shopping experience and help maintain high store standards while building lasting customer relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with us. Please note, this is a permanent role with contractual hours, not a term-time or seasonal position. we’re looking for individuals who can commit beyond short-term availability.

The Role:

As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.

• Outstanding Customer Service: Capable of providing personalised and attentive service, ensuring every customer feels appreciated and understood.
