Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, ensure they receive the best experience, and understand the customer service measurement programme.
2. Sales: Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing opportunities for add-on sales.
3. Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards by keeping the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
4. Store Operations: Support overall store functions, assist in other departments as needed, represent the company professionally, and adhere to safety guidelines.
5. Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
6. Upselling & Cross-selling: Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling products.
7. Stock Management: Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are organized and appealing.
8. Customer Queries: Address and resolve customer questions professionally.
9. Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales assistants and team members to achieve store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs:

1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales targets.
2. Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
3. Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
5. Ensure all stock on the shop floor is replenished.
