Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Store Colleague in Carlisle for a permanent part-time role. You will provide outstanding customer service, uphold pet care standards, and help ensure smooth store operations.

The position requires flexible shifts, including some evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a 20-hour weekly contracted pattern. As part of a team, you will build strong customer relationships, promote our services, and contribute to a positive store environment.

The Role

As a Store Colleague, you’ll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You’ll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.
