Job summary

Pets at Home in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Colleague to join our team. This permanent role requires availability across 3-4 days per week, including Tuesday, Thursday and weekends, with shifts from 7:00am to 8:30pm. You’ll deliver friendly, personalised service and help drive store performance.

You will keep shelves stocked, support deliveries and returns, and work with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations while putting pets and their people first.

Are you passionate about pets and great customer service? Join us as a Store Colleague and help create exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back. This is a permanent role with contracted hours, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career with us rather than seeking term-time or seasonal work. We're seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team in a customer focused, target driven retail environment. You'll need availability across 3-4 days per week, including Tuesday, Thursday and weekends. Shifts run from early starts at 7:00am to late finishes at 8:30pm. Morning shifts will play a key role in setting the store up for success, including supporting deliveries and stock processing.
