Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. JD offers significant career development opportunities for motivated individuals eager to progress and grow their careers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring a positive experience, and understanding our customer service standards.
• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
• Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays align with brand guidelines.
• Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are organized and appealing.
• Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs

• Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
• Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
• Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
• Ensure stock on the shop floor is replenished.
