Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. With opportunities for career growth, JD Group is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their careers.

Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring they receive the best experience, and understanding the customer service measurement programme.
2. Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
3. Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by keeping the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
5. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are well-organized and appealing.
8. Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

Role Objectives and KPIs

1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales targets.
2. Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
3. Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
5. Ensure stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
