5. Transactions: Process sales accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
6. Upselling and Cross-selling: Maximize sales opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling.
7. Stock Management: Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are appealing and well-organized.
8. Customer Queries: Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
9. Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.

1. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
2. Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
3. Meet upselling and cross-selling targets.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
5. Ensure stock on the shop floor is replenished.
