• Provide knowledgeable and seamless customer service.
• Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by staying informed on trends, promotions, and store processes.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Utilise in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
• Offer alternatives and suggest add-on sales whenever possible.
• Replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring the full range is available on the shop floor.
• Ensure products are correctly priced.
• Deputise for other staff, work within departments, or perform other duties as required.
• Represent JD Sports professionally at all times.
• Work safely and responsibly.
