Pets at Home Limited is seeking Store Colleagues to join our pet care centres, delivering brilliant customer service across a busy retail environment. This permanent role has contractual hours, requires availability 3-4 days per week, including Friday evenings and weekends, with shifts from 6:00am to 8:00pm.

As a Store Colleague you will exceed customer expectations, support deliveries and stock processing, and help create an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with us. Please note, this is a permanent role with contractual hours, not a term-time or seasonal position. We're seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team in a customer focused, target driven retail environment. You'll need availability across 3-4 days per week including Friday evenings and weekends. Shifts run from early starts at 6:00am to late finishes at 8:00pm. Morning shifts will play a key role in setting the store up for success, including supporting deliveries and stock processing. The Role: As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.
