Job summary

Barnardo's in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Associate to support the store manager with daily operations, keep the shop well presented and drive sales through excellent customer service. You'll step in to supervise in the manager's absence and help lead a team of colleagues toward targets.

This role offers full training, development opportunities and a clear path to promotion within a large charity retailer.

As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and step up to supervise in their absence, covering days off or holiday leave. It's the best of both worlds as you will have responsibilities but also the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
