Job summary

Trutex in Warwick is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the shop, including serving customers, using the till and cashing up at close, managing deliveries and online orders.

You will support the store manager with daily admin tasks, track hours and sales, and participate in weekly team calls with other stores. Seasonal hours will vary with winter and summer trading patterns, and attendance at school events may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role desirable

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and operate the till, including cashing up at the end of the day
• Deal with deliveries as they arrive and organise online customer orders
• Assist the store manager with daily admin tasks, track hours and sales
• Join and participate in weekly store team calls with other stores
• Attend school events for our store or other stores, including leafletting, school sales or uniform fitting events
