Key Responsibilities

• Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Engaging with customers, educating them about products, and building rapport.
• Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
• Managing cash and adhering to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
• Promoting customer loyalty through updates on new collections and collecting customer data.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
