Job Description

You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. You’ll serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. Be prepared for varying temperatures, as it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. If you take pride in your work, our customers will notice and appreciate us all the more.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

1. Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and preparing orders.
2. Delivering great service: Providing a positive customer experience with a smile, regardless of how busy it gets.
3. Building relationships: Asking questions to ensure our customers leave with everything they need for their projects.
4. Creating a fun working environment: Maintaining high store standards, product availability, and ensuring the branch is a welcoming place for everyone.
