Join Toolstation as a Customer Service Assistant

You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role; it’s much more than just a store job. You’ll serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The environment can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but if you take pride in your work, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

1. Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and preparing orders.
2. Delivering great service: Providing a positive customer experience with a smile, regardless of how busy it gets.
3. Building relationships: Asking questions to ensure customers leave with everything they need for their job.
4. Creating a fun working environment: Maintaining product availability and store standards while making the branch a welcoming place for everyone.
