Job description

We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our busy shop in Broadstone.

The successful candidate will have retail experience and be confident in interacting with customers and colleagues. The role involves both shop floor and stockroom work, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a team-oriented attitude. The candidate should be multi-skilled to support all areas of shop operations.

Ideally, the candidate will have a flair for design and strong visual merchandising skills, along with good brand knowledge and awareness.

Donations are crucial to our shop's success, so an interest in sorting donations is desirable. The candidate should have an eye for quality items and the ability to sort and prepare stock efficiently.

Sound Health & Safety awareness and an understanding of manual handling are important, given the physical nature of the role.

This position is 7.5 hours per week, primarily on Saturdays.
