You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role; it’s much more than just a store job. You’ll serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. Day-to-day Responsibilities

1. Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and preparing orders.
2. Delivering great service: Providing a positive customer experience with a smile, regardless of how busy it gets.
3. Building relationships: Asking questions and ensuring customers leave with everything they need for their projects.
4. Creating a fun work environment: Maintaining product availability and store standards while making the branch a welcoming place for everyone.
