Job summary

YMCA England & Wales is looking for a Store Assistant to help maximise shop sales and directly support services for young people in the local community.

You will join a team and volunteers, deliver great customer service, and adapt to goods changing week to week while contributing to YMCA's mission and environment-friendly work.

Qualifications

• You may be experienced in retail sales or this may be your first experience of retail.
• You want to work in an environment where your work will have a direct impact on young lives, your community, and the environment.
• You will have a positive outlook and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the amazing charity work by maximising sales in the shop.
• Work as part of a team and engage with volunteers from the local community.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a varied, week-to-week goods environment.
