Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores, part of The Scotsman Group, is seeking a Team Member for the Cambridge Street store in Glasgow. You will be an ambassador, creating a welcoming atmosphere and handling till operations with a customer-first mindset.

The role requires a can-do attitude, the ability to work independently or in a team, and compliance with store security, stocking, labeling, and promotions. Previous retail experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Be efficient at till operations and cash handling.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to busy periods.
• Customer-focused approach with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and be part of a successful team.
• Ensure store security measures are followed at all times.
• Keep the store fully stocked, labeled and well merchandised.
• Ensure Licensing and Compliance is adhered to at all times.
• Upsell products and promote promotions at the till.
• Provide good service to customers, serving and processing sales at the till.
