Job summary

NEXT in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Store Administrator to join a fast-paced team in Guildford. You will handle stock and cash, keep admin processes audit-ready, and assist across sales floors and stockrooms while delivering friendly customer service.

You will report any admin issues and actively pursue personal development, with flexible working options available. Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not typical.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling.
• Ensure admin processes run smoothly to support audit results.
• Work in all areas of the store, including sales floors and stockrooms.
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers from front or back of house.
• Report administration issues or discrepancies to the Store Team.
• Take control of your own development.
