Job summary

NEXT is hiring a part-time Retail Associate in the UK to support stock processing and customer service. You will work as part of a fast-paced store team with shifts including early mornings, and you may be asked to help on the sales floor as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service, able to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock processing.
• Energetic, proactive and able to work at pace in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Process stock quickly and accurately (scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, stock put-away).
• Ensure stock is presented on sales floors or stored correctly.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Provide fast, friendly service on sales floor or back-of-house as needed.
