Job summary

NEXT plc in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Admin Team Member to support daily store administration, including stock and cash handling, and to help ensure audit standards are met.

You will work across the sales floor and stockroom, deliver fast, friendly customer service, report any administration discrepancies to the Store Team, and take responsibility for your own development. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Accurate, thorough and well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Friendly, calm and efficient even on busy days.
• Comfortable using a PC.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling.
• Ensure smooth running of admin processes to support audit results.
• Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms.
• Always offer fast and friendly service to customers from back or front of house.
• Confidently share any administration issues or discrepancies with the Store Team.
• Take control of your own development.
