Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is looking for a Storage Point Technician to inspect, operate and optimise water storage assets across the West region.

You will employ surveying techniques, advanced inspection gear and ROV equipment to keep our reservoirs and towers delivering safe drinking water. Role involves routine external inspections, data gathering, collaboration with engineers and quality teams, plus supporting outages and asset improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Essential NVQ Level 2 qualification.
• Understanding of water treatment and operational processes.
• Good knowledge of maintenance practices and inspection activities.
• Strong IT skills and comfort with digital systems and inspection tech.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine external inspections of reservoirs, towers and storage assets.
• Carry out ROV internal inspections and assist data collection.
• Use surveying equipment to gather data on asset condition.
• Support water quality investigations and share inspection data with teams.
• Identify defects, raise maintenance requests and escalate as needed.
• Assist outages and optimisation activities while minimising customer impact.
• Maintain inspection records, risk assessments and site documentation.
