Anglian Water Group is seeking a Storage Point Operations Lead to support the Ruthamford Storage Point Programme. Based with flexible location across Rutland, Bedford, Northampton, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Milton Keynes and Corby, you will coordinate outages, asset inspections and refurbishment, linking multiple teams involved in delivery.

You will drive outage planning, risk management and programme coordination to ensure resilience while major works occur.

Qualificações

• HNC/HND qualification or equivalent operational experience.
• Experience within water supply operations or a comparable operational environment.
• Strong understanding of water supply systems, production, storage and distribution.
• Experience coordinating complex operational activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to assess operational risks and impacts associated with outages.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience using operational data to support decision-making.
• A collaborative and proactive approach with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the removal from service and return to service of storage point assets across Ruthamford.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans aligned to operational and programme priorities.
• Lead the development and management of Major Impact Plans (MIPs).
• Assess operational, production and resilience impacts associated with planned outages.
• Work across multiple teams to identify risks, constraints and mitigation measures.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor programme performance and regulatory commitments.
• Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.
• Ensure activities are delivered safely and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
