Zusammenfassung

Anglian Water is seeking a Storage Point Operations Lead to coordinate outages, plans and delivery across Ruthamford storage points. You will act as the operational link between planning, operations, and asset teams to ensure inspections, cleaning and refurbishment programmes are delivered on time.

The role requires coordinating complex activities, managing risks, and leading multi-team collaboration, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• HNC/HND qualification or equivalent operational experience.
• Experience in water supply operations or a comparable environment.
• Strong understanding of water supply systems, storage and distribution.
• Experience coordinating complex operational activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to assess operational risks and outages impacts.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience using operational data to support decision-making.
• Collaborative and proactive communication style.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate removal from service and return to service of storage point assets across Ruthamford.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans aligned to priorities.
• Lead the development and management of Major Impact Plans (MIPs).
• Assess operational, production and resilience impacts of planned outages.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate readiness activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor programme performance and regulatory commitments.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
• Ensure activities are delivered safely and in accordance with requirements.
