Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd is hiring a Stockyard Lead Operative at its Goxhill site in North Lincolnshire. You will lead the stockyard team, ensure safety, train staff on machinery including FLTs, and coordinate with distribution, haulage partners and field sales to ensure timely picking, packing and collection of products.

Qualifications

• RTITB/ITSSAR/NPORS/CPCS forklift licence with recent driving experience.
• Experience leading a team in manufacturing.
• Strong mathematical and IT skills (Word/Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockyard operations and safety.
• Train and supervise forklift operators; maintain records.
• Coordinate with haulage partners, customers and field sales.
• Manage holiday requests and cover for the team leader.
• Coordinate picking/packing/wrapping with distribution teams.
• Structure team to share responsibilities and drive improvements.
• Maintain housekeeping and report hazards.
• Promote continuous improvement across the team.
