Job summary

REISS in Bicester Village is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to support back-of-house operations and maintain the high standards of our premium brand.

You will lead a small team, manage stock deliveries, ensure timely replenishment, assist with floor moves, promotions and product launches, and act as a key holder. Join a brand recognised for modern design and exceptional customer service.

• Support the Reiss online business through efficient management of fulfil from store and return to store.
• Support the management of the shop floor from time to time.
• Assist the team with floor moves, promotions and product launches.

What’s the role about?

As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our Bicester Village Store as a Stockroom Supervisor. You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store by ensuring the back of house operations and always running to a high standard.

Who you are

• You’ll have previous experience of supervising a team
• A passion for premium or luxury product
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
• A track record of delivery in a stock management role
• Ability to guide, train and coach others
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
