Job summary

REISS Ltd. is seeking an organised Stockroom Supervisor to ensure stock accuracy, manage deliveries and replenishment, and lead the stock team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with Store Management and Sales to uphold premium customer experience and brand standards, while maintaining stockroom organisation, safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day stockroom operation, ensuring it is organised, efficient and safe.
• Receive, check and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and organisation.
• Coordinate stock replenishment to support the shop floor.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with discrepancies.
• Support stock transfers, returns and related processes.
• Prioritise workload during busy periods.
• Lead and motivate stockroom team, ensuring high standards.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Sales to meet business needs.
• Follow procedures relating to stock handling, security and safety.

Job description

We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Stockroom Supervisor to join our REISS team., As Stockroom Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the stockroom, supporting the wider store team and helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will take ownership of stock accuracy, deliveries, replenishment and stockroom standards while leading and supporting the stock team.

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the stockroom, ensuring it remains organised, efficient and safe.
• Receive, check and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and organisation.
• Coordinate stock replenishment to ensure the shop floor is fully supported.
• Complete regular stock checks and assist with stock investigations and discrepancies.
• Support stock transfers, returns and other stock-related processes.
• Prioritise workload effectively during busy trading periods.
• Lead, motivate and support stockroom team members, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Work closely with the Store Management and Sales teams to meet business and customer needs.
• Follow all company procedures relating to stock handling, security and health & safety.
• Maintain the premium standards expected of the REISS brand across the stockroom and back-of-house areas.
  You will be an organised and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards.
