A leading retail company is seeking a Stockroom Manager for its new store in Birmingham's Bullring. The role involves overseeing inventory management, ensuring safety standards, and collaborating with departments to enhance store performance. The ideal candidate will have retail experience and strong organizational skills, contributing to an inclusive customer experience.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)

The Club is expanding rapidly both on and off the pitch, with a new retail store opening in Birmingham’s Bullring shopping centre in May 2025. The store design will reflect our 150-year history, incorporating cultural elements from Villa Park and a museum section celebrating the Club’s connection to Birmingham and football history. It will span 10,000 square feet across ground and mezzanine floors, showcasing our full retail range including kits, training wear, and an adidas collection.

We are seeking a Stockroom Manager to join our management team at the new store. You will oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization, aiming to improve efficiency and store performance. Your duties include managing the stockroom to safety standards, maintaining stock levels, ordering products proactively, and ensuring inventory accuracy and quality. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure stock availability and presentation meet high standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar stockroom manager role within a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong understanding of retail operations, stock management, and inventory systems. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to stockroom management is required. The candidate should demonstrate initiative, pragmatic problem-solving, and innovative thinking to support the Club’s growth.
