Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland is seeking a Stock Coordinator to manage our stockroom and ensure smooth movement of products from delivery to display across our Gretna store. You will play a key role in keeping shelves perfectly stocked and supporting shop floor teams.

You are naturally organised with a problem-solving mindset and a sharp eye for detail. A positive, ownership-minded team player who can work with digital devices and adapt to mornings, evenings, and weekends is ideal for this luxury brand

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, logistics or hospitality preferred.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using digital devices and systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all logistics: receive new products, check inventory, and move items to the shop floor at the right time and place.
• Keep the stockroom neat, organised, and safe, with a spot for every item.
• Collaborate with the shop floor team to keep shelves full and displays looking perfect throughout the day.
• Be flexible with mornings, evenings and weekends to support store goals and operations.
