Manie8re De Voir Ltd in London is seeking a full-time Stockroom Assistant to join the Westfield, White City store. You will support back-of-house operations, maintain stock accuracy, and assist the retail team to deliver a seamless client experience.

This role requires at least 1 year of stock/logistics experience, strong English communication, and excellent organisational skills in a luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar stock, logistics, or operations role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage stock movement with precision, ensuring products received and dispatched are consistently accurate.
• Keep the stockroom organised, compliant, and aligned with operational standards and health & safety protocols.
• Minimise stock loss and maintain efficient flow of merchandise.
• Support Style Advisors with client-related needs when required.
• Perform quality control checks, reporting any product issues to relevant teams.
• Assist the business with events, visual merchandising, stocktakes, and ad-hoc tasks.
• Support quarterly inventory audits following finance team guidelines.
• Build strong working relationships with warehouse teams, couriers, and head office.

We’re expanding our flagship retail team and are looking for a Full Time Stockroom Assistant to join us at our Westfield, White City London store.

As a Stockroom Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all back-of-house operations. You’ll support the wider retail team by maintaining stock accuracy, quality control, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
