Job summary

Reiss Limited is seeking a hard working stockroom assistant to support day-to-day operations, processing deliveries, replenishing stock on the shop floor, and maintaining tidy stock areas.

This 16-20 hour contract across 4/5 days, with day shifts and some weekends, offers a practical role in premium retail. You will work closely with store teams to ensure stock accuracy, timely replenishment, and smooth Collect In Store processes.

Qualifications

• Stockroom experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Experience in premium or luxury retail operations is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Process stock deliveries and ensure items are pre-retailed to a high standard.
• Replenish stock on the shop floor in priority order after delivery.
• Maintain stockroom standards, organisation and cleanliness.
• Support with stock recalls and returns per policy.
• Assist with Collect In Store parcel audits and collections/returns.

Job description

We are looking for a hard working stockroom assistant to assist our team in its day to day activities. This is a 16-20 hour contract over 4/5 days a week that will be working mostly day time shifts in the week and some weekends.

General stockroom duties:

• Processing stock deliveries, ensuring all items are pre retailed to the highest standard
• Ensuring new lines and replenishment are placed on the shop floor as priority following delivery
• Managing timely replenishment of stock throughout the day, ensuring size availability is always maintained
• Processing stock recalls back to the warehouse in line with our stock returns standards and policy
• Completing Collect In Store Parcel audits and supporting with Collect In Store parcel collections and returns
• Supporting faulty stock management and returns
• Ensuring stockroom standards, organisation and cleanliness are maintained to support replenishment and limit stock damage

Ideally you will have:

• Previous stockroom experience ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment
• A commercial approach to store operations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
