Job summary

NEXT plc in Coventry is seeking a Stock Manager to lead a successful team within a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee stock processes, ensure returns handling is efficient, and support timely fulfilment of online orders to enhance the customer experience.

You will manage a back-of-house team, coach and motivate staff, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining safety and efficiency. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store management team across back-of-house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager
• Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an efficient, safe environment with targets met
• Create an atmosphere where the team is supported, motivated and inspired to excel
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for commercial and operational activities and adapt to change
• Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs
