Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Stock and PI Administrator to join our Heineken team at the Derby site (DE21 7HW). You will maintain accurate inventory records and safeguard stock integrity in a high-volume drinks warehouse, performing regular stock counts and investigating discrepancies.

The role is full-time, permanent with a rotating shift pattern of any 5 days from 7, shifts 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00, and weekend work as required. Competitive salary up to £29,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a fast-moving, complex environment.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

  • Process returned stock and update depot records.
  • Remove damaged stock and re-pack pallets for return.
  • Maintain stock integrity and SSCC label accuracy.
  • Ensure WMS stock file accuracy and escalate issues.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and team development.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external customers.

Do you have experience in both warehouse operations and administrative duties, with confidence using computer systems and managing paperwork accurately?

Here at GXO, we are looking for a Stock and PI Administrator to join our Heineken team at our Derby site (DE21 7HW). You will be responsible for maintainingaccurate inventory recordsandensuring the integrity of stockwithin a high-volume drinks warehouse. This role supports operational efficiency by conducting regular stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded in line with company procedures.

This is a full‑time, permanent role working a rotating shift pattern ofany 5 days from 7. Theshiftsrotatebetween06:00–14:00and14:00–22:00, including weekend working as required.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Complete system work for returned stock into the depot
  • Removing damaged cases from pallets, re-boxing damaged stock, and restoring pallets to a safe and presentable standard for return to the warehouse
  • Maintaining stock integrity and audit SSCC label adherence in line with current processes
  • Ensure the WMS stock file is accuratelyrepresentedand any issues are dealt with or escalated promptly
  • Actively support continuous improvement projects and departmental development initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong day‑to‑day communication with both internal teams and external customers
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experienceworking in a complex, fast‑moving environment
  • Comfortable working in a multi‑temperature environment
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems would be a bonus!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
  • Ability to lift heavy items and work comfortably on your feet, standing and moving throughout the duration of your shift.
