Hermès GB is seeking a Stock Assistant based in London to maintain stock flow from warehouse to shop and support the sales team with ad hoc requests. The role emphasises luxury customer service, accurate ticketing, and proactive stock management in a premium environment.

You will be part of a team delivering Hermès standards in store operations, with opportunities to develop product knowledge and participate in training aligned with Hermes savoir-faire.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safe, clean, tidy stock areas and ensure accurate ticketing.
• Support stock flow from warehouse to shop and communicate stock and quality issues to Stock Manager.
• Assist on the shop floor with sales during peak periods and provide excellent client service.
• Manage stock checks, returns, and re-ticketing to keep inventory accurate.
• Contribute to timely administration and accurate Cegid reporting by deadlines.
• Inform Stock Manager of new stock arrivals and participate in training on stock control procedures.
