Job summary

Hermès in London is seeking a Stock Assistant to maintain stock flow from warehouse to shop floor with accuracy and care. You will support the sales team with ad hoc requests, manage stock areas, and ensure good relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service.

You will develop product knowledge across departments, participate in training, and uphold Hermès standards in appearance and conduct while contributing to a positive, efficient store environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock areas: safe, clean, tidy; ensure goods are tagged, ticketed, handled and stored with care.
• Support stock accuracy through regular spot-checks and updates; communicate issues to Stock Manager.
• Assist with stock reporting, KPI updates, and morning brief presentations.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to requests and ensuring Hermes standards.
• Develop product knowledge across departments and stay informed on merchandise through training and materials.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct in line with Hermes guidelines.
