Job description

The Stock Keeper manages the correct handling of products, both incoming and outgoing, following company standards. They support the Store Manager and the store team with stock and store management needs. Additionally, they assist Sales Associates on the sales floor with product replenishment to maximize sales and organize product storage efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate data entry of incoming and outgoing goods in the company's IT system, including monitoring and preparing necessary tax documentation according to company procedures.
  • Verify incoming goods against delivery notes and prepare products for the sales floor, including applying security tags.
  • Maintain organized stock and ensure a clear warehouse for the sales team.
  • Keep the store stock and stock areas clean and orderly, following guidelines from the Stock/Store Manager and company policies.
  • Ensure all products are stored neatly to support the sales team effectively.
  • Manage inventory activities following company guidelines.
  • Be responsible for the security of products and materials in stock.
  • Handle products requiring repair.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers for shipments to customers, factories, or other stores, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and store manager instructions.
  • Maintain contact with shipping teams and couriers to ensure proper shipping procedures and timing.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing accurate stock information.
  • Assist the sales team during the post-sales phase.
  • Manage activities related to end-of-season returns, following store manager guidelines.
  • Ensure proper documentation and archiving of shipping notes, both hard and soft copies.
